Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your beach escape! An open floor plan with cozy seating, a large dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and two delightful patios with porch bed swings offer plenty of space for entertaining family and friends after a day of sun and fun.

Villa Bella offers two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, a spacious bunk room, large master with with a queen bed along with an ottoman that pulls out to a full size bed and two twin beds with pull out trundles. The open-concept living room leads to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, and blender. The downstairs master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high thread count linens along with a white down-alternative comforter and a 50 inch large screen television. The second master bedroom is located upstairs and it opens up to a large outdoor screened in balcony that has a large twin size bed swing. This bedroom includes a large 55 inch large screen TV. The third bedroom includes one queen size bed with its own large ensuite bathroom. This room also contains a 50 inch large screen television. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds with pull out trundles with a 32 inch television. All of the homes televisions include every streaming service imaginable as well as free Wi-Fi. If extra sleeping space is what you need, WE HAVE IT. We provide at no additional charge, one twin-sized roll-away bed that have memory foam mattresses for your comfort as well as a large sectional sofa in the upstairs family room. We have also remembered to be mindful that many guests have young children so we include one pack-in-play, a car seat, and a stroller for the babies. We have a full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron as well as washing detergent. There is no need to bring beach supplies, we've got you covered at Villa Bella. We have beach toys for the children, beach chairs, a beach tent, puddle jumpers, and coolers. The Watercolor Beach Club also provides towel service when you arrive at the club!! On days when the beach is not on your agenda, you have access to NINE community pools in the community. Most of the community pools have restaurants, ice cream and convenience stores attached for your needs. The community pools are always heated year round for your pleasure.

*We are only able to accommodate wristbands for amenity access for the amount of people on your reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last minute changes to the amount of wristbands. Changes must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
***Wristbands are required at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 and older. Please note that our HOA requires a 48 hour notice to supply amenity bands for reservations. We are unable to obtain wristbands without a 48 hour notice during M-F business hours.

House Rules:
No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets unless prior approval up to maximum of 2 (Dogs Only)

Minimum renter age is 25.

Guest must sign Renter Agreement and Golf Cart/Bike Waivers, provide a valid & current copy of all guests' 18+ U.S. Driver's License, provide a valid & current copy of Auto Insurance for all guests 25+, and names/ages of all guests on reservation within 24 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled. Must be U.S. Citizen to book. Signer of agreements must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and valid U.S. Auto Insurance in their name.

Quiet Time is ENFORCED 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM

Security Deposit required of $350 and up to $500. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card unless already included during booking.

Additional Pet Fee required of $375.00-$450.00 per pet. Please specify if your pet is an ESA or SD. If you bring a pet you will be required to supply current pet vaccination records.

Amount of guests on reservation will be the amount of amenity wristbands you will receive for your stay. There will be no changes to the amount of wristbands - it is based on the amount of guests on the initial reservation.

CHECK-IN: You will receive an email 72 hours before check-in with check-in instructions. Our concierge will meet you on-site for check-in to complete a walk-through, and you will be required to complete the check-in form (please note that only the person whose name is on the reservation can complete the required check-in form). Our concierge will release the door code to the home upon your arrival. We will coordinate with you on the day of check-in for arrival times.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
